Job Description:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimise our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels with special focus on SEO, ORM, liaise with Marketing agency, track Performance Marketing, should know Google Analytics. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Digital marketing managers will work with the marketing team, supporting creative teams, and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities
\u2022 Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns, Marketing and Influencer
Marketing.
\u2022 Design, build and optimise all digital channels including but not limited to social media, rating & reviews, influencer \/ partner channels etc to drive effective website traffic
\u2022 Have hands-on experience of ORM, Discord Community, Reddit, Quora and other forums where brand reputation is managed at global level.
\u2022 Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and drive continuous improvement
\u2022 Analyse internal-external data and conduct market research to unearth market and customer insights, trends and other opportunities for campaign optimisation
\u2022 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
\u2022 Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
\u2022 Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
\u2022 Understand customer journeys to design acquisition funnels and drive new user acquisition
\u2022 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
\u2022 Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
\u2022 Experience around project management for CRM application development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements and skills
\u2022 BS\/MS degree in marketing or a related field
\u2022 Proven working experience in digital marketing
\u2022 Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO\/SEM, marketing database,
email, social media, display advertising campaigns,Marketing and Influencer Marketing.
\u2022 Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
\u2022 Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
\u2022 Experience with A\/B and multivariate experiments
\u2022 Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
\u2022 Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
\u2022 Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
\u2022 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
\u2022 Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
\u2022 Having functional understanding of building CRM applications would be a great plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
