Job Description
<\/strong>
To maintain our strong financial standings, we\u2019re looking for a highly skilled Manager in the Finance department. The ideal candidate should have experience analyzing financial data and developing profit-focused action plans, including trend forecasting and variance monitoring. Additionally, they should be proficient in data visualization and modeling. The right financial analyst will have the desire to contribute from day one, helping us continue providing service that’s second to none.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Objectives of this Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Monitor financial status by comparing data sets with projections
\uf0b7 Improve fiscal health with thorough analyses of financial data to develop deep, actionable insights that drive business performance. This includes monitoring variances and identifying trends.
\uf0b7 Develop forecast models based on comparative performance metrics to maintain the company\u2019s forecast model and implement improvements as the business grows
\uf0b7 Develop business cases to support decision-making and support pricing decisions by creating innovative strategies for cost reduction
\uf0b7 Establish and guide restructured cost analysis processes by creating fresh policies and procedures<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
<\/strong>
\uf0b7 Work directly with the VP of finance with various planning exercises, such as forecast, budgets, profitability analysis, and reporting
\uf0b7 Assist in the monthly close process by analyzing trends and variances related to revenue, and comparing and correct data to reconcile financial transactions.
\uf0b7 Develop and maintain confidential, protected databases to monitor business performance, and provide management with insights into any risks or opportunities.
\uf0b7 Coordinate requirements for efficient automated accounting to increase productivity and ensure verified information backups.
\uf0b7 Uphold standards through consolidation of quarterly reporting packages and thorough internal reporting and analysis of financial data.
\uf0b7 Strive to advance personal skill sets through continued engagement in networking, workshop, and advanced education opportunities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
