Maximum via emails. It is not typical online chat&nbsp;support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Technical&nbsp;Support&nbsp;and Troubleshooting skills of any Software in the past<\/li><li>Experience in customer&nbsp;support&nbsp;and ensuring customer satisfaction<\/li><li>Should have worked on a&nbsp;Support&nbsp;Management Software (Freshdesk \/ Zendesk \/ Zoho etc)<\/li><li>Ability to analyze&nbsp;technical&nbsp;problems and provide effective solutions<\/li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills<\/li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science or related field<\/li><li>Experience in web and IT solutions is a plus<\/li><li>Experience working with customers to resolve&nbsp;technical&nbsp;issues is a plus<\/li><li>Should have experience of handling SLAs.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Atleast 1 year of working experience in Software&nbsp;Support<\/li><li>Good Written and Oral ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SHOULD is a MUST<br><br>#JobOpening #Hiring #JobSearch #NowHiring #CareerOpportunity #Employment #JobOpportunity #JobListing #JobPosting #JobAlert #recruitment<br><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested candidates kindly forward your updated CV on&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:hr1@tasolutions.in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hr5@tasolutions.in<\/a>&nbsp;given mail ID or call on&nbsp;&nbsp;9779649490.
