Responsibili\u019fes & du\u019fes
Responsibility 1 \u2013 Support the labs
\uf0b7 Work to support trainers and resolve issues in our major lab environments (including F5
Networks, Check Point, Palo Alto Networks, Nutanix, Paessler etc)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Develop the various python scripts that make up the Red Educa\u019fon lab environment.
\uf0b7 Manage the labs independently if required take help of engineer in Australia.
\uf0b7 Monitor the day to day performance of the labs.
\uf0b7 Enter commands and verify proper system opera\u019fon through observa\u019fon to detect errors.
\uf0b7 Follow change control processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Standard \u2013 Acknowledge an issue opened by a trainer within 10 minutes of receiving it. Resolved issues as quickly as possible so as not to affect classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibility 2 \u2013 Support Internal IT
\uf0b7 Resolve any level 1 or level 2 issues by yourself. Escalate any level 3 issues to L3 support.
\uf0b7 Field ques\u019fons pertaining to user inquiries regarding computer so\u014cware or hardware and
then present solu\u019fons.
Work standard \u2013 acknowledge an issue opened by any staff member within 15 minutes of receiving
it. A \u201ccan do\u201d approach is cri\u019fcal to your success in this regard, as this is the company culture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibility 3 \u2013 Development and ownership of lab environment to be more robust and support
the business needs of Red Educa\u019fon
\uf0b7 Develop the various Python scripts that make up the Red Educa\u019fon lab environment
\uf0b7 Manage the images for the Lab Environment
\uf0b7 Manage the lab build process if required on Saturday or Sunday
Work standard \u2013 Manage and develop the lab environment on a very \u019fght budget.
Responsibility 4 \u2013 Management & ownership of IT security of Red Educa\u019fon
\uf0b7 Manage Firewall policy
\uf0b7 Manage SAML and SSO connec\u019fvity on F5 APM
\uf0b7 Manage Cloud security and connec\u019fvity for AWS, Google Cloud and BGUS
Work Standard – Manage the security of the Red Educa\u019fon IT environment with an open policy for
trainers to access systems but with a view to security for important company informa\u019fon on a \u019fght
budget.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
