Job Responsibility:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Primary responsibility is managing and guiding a E&P team for Proposal making after required engineering sizing and product selection and Costing Candidate is required to manage all engineering work of our fluid
control group which involves sizing, selection, calculation, Costing, drawings, quotations, proposals, tenders, co-ordination and MIS reporting and organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Candidate has to be customer focussed and be a support to the sales team to ensure our customers get their proposal on time and accurately ( winning proposals ) .<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prioritising the incoming enquiries, allocating them, follow up and feedback , technical support, daily scrum meeting with team , creating cross functional capability with the team so they know all pur
solutions, using the product champions in the sales team, providing fast system quotes, keeping the data live and accurate and relevant for all to use in terms of Vendor quotes, motivating the E&P team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
