Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the designated territory or market segment.<\/li>
  2. Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to promote sales of company products or services.<\/li>
  3. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to educate customers on product features, benefits, and applications.<\/li>
  4. Understand customer requirements, specifications, and project needs to provide customized solutions and proposals.<\/li>
  5. Prepare and deliver sales quotations, proposals, and contracts in a timely manner.<\/li>
  6. Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to address customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.<\/li>
  7. Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management, including revenue, margin, and product mix goals.<\/li>
  8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth and market expansion.<\/li>
  9. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence to the sales management team.<\/li>
  10. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company products and services and enhance brand visibility.<\/li>
  11. Continuously enhance product knowledge, technical skills, and sales techniques through training programs and self-study.<\/li>
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all business dealings and interactions.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.<\/li>
    2. Proven experience of 3 to 5 years in technical sales, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.<\/li>
    3. Strong technical aptitude and understanding of engineering principles, particularly in the relevant industry.<\/li>
    4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.<\/li>
    5. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.<\/li>
    6. Result-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.<\/li>
    7. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.<\/li>
    8. Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.<\/li>
    9. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and internal teams.<\/li>
    10. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
