\uf0b7 Design and Development of complete product life cycle:
Concept, Design, Simulation, Component selection, prototyping, validation,
improvements, production and troubleshooting.
\uf0b7 Extensive knowledge of Lithium Ion cells\/batteries, chemistries, Applications,
EV & Solar battery business needs, BMS configurations, etc.
\uf0b7 Responsible for complete design including hardware & software requirements
\uf0b7 Research and development of new Battery management systems with smart
communication protocols to communicate effectively. Knowledge in all types
of Communication circuit design like, CAN, MODBUS, USB, GPRS\/GSM,
WIFI, NFC, BLE etc.,
\uf0b7 Maintaining thorough documentation of the design process
\uf0b7 Examines product requirements, restrictions, intellectual property opportunities
and constraints, technical specifications, and other conditions relevant to
developing a new concept or product.
\uf0b7 Participate in departmental strategic planning.
\uf0b7 Assist technically both internal and external customers.
\uf0b7 Determine and execute improved technologies used by suppliers, competitors,
and customers.
\uf0b7 Establish project goals and priorities by collaborating with Marketing and
Operations.
\uf0b7 Research, design and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes and equipment.
\uf0b7 Develop concepts, products, and solutions by working with company business
units.
\uf0b7 Expertise in Testing & Quality \u2013 enabling & maintaining Highest Standards of
Product & Process Quality for the company.
Desired Profile:
\uf0b7 Hands on experience in Design, Product Development, Life Cycle Management
of Power Electronics Products like Lithium Ion battery pack, BMS, Lithium ion<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Should have knowledge about various EMI\/EMC \/ Safety compliance standards
as per IEC \/ EN \/UL etc.,
\uf0b7 Knowledge about Reliability Testing and methods.
\uf0b7 Education Qualification: B.Tech\/B.E OR M.Tech\/M.E ECE\/EEE\/E&I
\uf0b7 Years of experience: Minimum 5 years of sound experience in core electronics
Manufacturing & R&D
\uf0b7 Preferred Industry: Li-ion Battery, EV, Solar, Power electronics<\/p>\n\n\n\n
