Attendance Management:
<\/strong>\uf0b7 Implement and manage time and attendance system.
\uf0b7 Administer timekeeping software and hardware.
\uf0b7 Monitor and record contractual employees working hours, overtime, and absents.
\uf0b7 Ensure compliance with policies and relevant labour laws.
\uf0b7 Generate accurate and timely attendance reports for payroll processing of contract manpower.
\uf0b7 Prepare the wage calculation based on attendance of manpower suppliers and submit correct salary invoices to the Head office of contract manpower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Statutory Compliances:
<\/strong>\uf0b7 Maintaining all the legal documents and registers at Branch Sites.
\uf0b7 Liaison with the OEM to ensure all statutory compliance requirements are adhered on time.
\uf0b7 Handling all statutory compliance for CLRA, Factory, PF, ESIC, CNV, Bonus, etc.
\uf0b7 Periodical review of the applicability of various Labour Laws to comply.
\uf0b7 Manage records for Challans, Returns, Registers, License and Registration on a regular basis.
\uf0b7 Lead for compliance audit conducted by internal and external auditors and ensure closure of observations and findings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contract Labour Management:<\/strong>
\uf0b7 Manpower planning &amp; Need identification based on business growth plan.
\uf0b7 Recruitment of manpower &amp; ensure their Inductions, Joining, life cycle &amp; Exit Formalities.
\uf0b7 Effectively resolved all employee relations issues and addressed concerns.
\uf0b7 Making sure all contract manpower are aware of policies.
Employee Engagement and Training:
\uf0b7 Plan and organize events, activities, and initiatives to boost employee morale.
\uf0b7 Coordinate celebrations, team-building activities, and recognition events.
\uf0b7 Conduct assessments to identify training needs and gaps in employee skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
