Job brief
We are looking for an Accountant to perform daily accounting tasks
that will support our financial team.
Accountant responsibilities include managing expense reports and
reimbursements, entering financial transactions into our internal
databases and reconciling invoices. If you have an Accounting degree
and are interested in gaining experience in bookkeeping procedures,
we\u2019d like to meet you.
Ultimately, you will help our Accounting department run smoothly,
ensuring transparency and efficiency in all transactions.
Responsibilities
\uf0b7 Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
\uf0b7 Create and update expense reports
\uf0b7 Process reimbursement forms
\uf0b7 Prepare bank deposits
\uf0b7 Enter financial transactions into internal databases
\uf0b7 Check spreadsheets for accuracy
\uf0b7 Maintain digital and physical financial records
\uf0b7 Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
\uf0b7 Review and file payroll documents
\uf0b7 Participate in quarterly and annual audits
Requirements and skills
\uf0b7 Work experience as an Accounting Exective
\uf0b7 Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
\uf0b7 Familiarity with finance regulations
\uf0b7 Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
\uf0b7 Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software
\uf0b7 Organization skills
\uf0b7 Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information<\/p>\n\n\n\n
