Job Description :
\u2022 Fully in-charge of the Projects
\u2022 Ensure successful achievement of project mission statement and goals and be
responsible for all day-to-day activities.
\u2022 Follow up with various departments within the company in all Project related matters
of the operation of the Project.
\u2022 To ensure a successful completion of the Project within the budget and on time.
\u2022 Responsible for planning and scheduling all major activities of the Project to achieve
timely completion of the Project.
\u2022 Fully responsible for all contractual issues related to the day-to-day running of the
Project.
\u2022 Responsible for managing Staff\/Labor in the project.
\u2022 To be overall responsible for overseeing and effective execution of all project-related
activities.
\u2022 To determine all Project requirements (Technical and General).
\u2022 To review and approve all project submittals and approvals. (Samples, Shop
Drawings, Design Details, Work Procedure, Method Statements, Schedules, Programs
etc.)
\u2022 To arrange timely obtaining of all clearances, approvals, permissions, etc as may be
required from time to time from any of the statutory authorities during the execution
of the Project.
\u2022 To schedule and plan all project activities in line with the Master Program in
coordination with the Planning Engineer.
\u2022 To receive all project-related instructions from the site Engineer, Main Contractor,
etc, and transmit, communicate, and arrange effective action in coordination with the
Management.
\u2022 To give all notices, etc to the site Engineer\/Main Contractor.
\u2022 To attend all project-related meetings with site Engineer\/Main Contractor and
reporting to the management on the proceedings as well as to attend all project-
related meetings.
\u2022 Ensure the quality system of the Project is executed in accordance with the Contract.
\u2022 Coordination of all local Statutory approvals obtained by appointed agencies.
Education: BE\/BTech in Civil\/Electrical or ME\/MTech.
Experience: More than 10 years of experience in project management (Healthcare
Preferred)
Skills:
\u2022 Good interpersonal skills
\u2022 Correspond to customers.
\u2022 have proficiency with word processing software as well as
\u2022 technical drawing skills,
\u2022 Leadership
\u2022 Negotiation Skills
Knowledge: Contracts and related laws Project planning software AutoCAD Software,
Primevira and MS Projects..<\/p>\n\n\n\n
