Job Description<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager with a
minimum of 5 years of proven success in the Fire Detection\/Suppression, Electronic
Security and Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) industry. As a
Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building
and maintaining client relationships and achieving revenue targets within your
designated region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:
<\/strong>1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
\u2022 Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed
regional sales targets by working closely with end clients, MEP Consultants, PMCs, Government accounts, turnkey contractors, OEMs & other stakeholders.
\u2022 Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer need to identify new business opportunities & grow business from existing customer base.
2. Business Development:
\u2022 Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
assigned.
\u2022 Build and maintain strong relationships with end clients, MEP Consultants, PMCs, Government accounts, turnkey contractors & OEMs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Product Knowledge:
\u2022 Possess in-depth knowledge of Fire Detection\/Suppression systems, Electronic Security solutions and Integrated Building Management Systems.
\u2022 Stay updated on industry trends and new product \/ solution advancements to effectively communicate product benefits to clients & MEP Consultants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Team Leadership:
\u2022 Post closure of sales, motivate internal teams to achieve individual and collective milestones to ensure projects are executed as per customers\u2019 expectations.
\u2022 Provide guidance, training and support to internal team & our partners \/distributors to ensure team’s success.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Client Engagement:
\u2022 Conduct presentations, product demonstrations and training sessions for clients & consultants.
\u2022 Address client inquiries, concerns and provide solutions to enhance
customer satisfaction in a timely manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Reporting and Analysis:
\u2022 Prepare and submit sales \/ business development reports, forecasts, competitor and market analysis to the senior management team on a regular basis. 
\u2022 Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
7. Collaboration:
\u2022 Collaborate with internal departments such as pre-sales, marketing,
product development, projects, purchase, accounts, operations and
customer support to ensure seamless execution of projects, smooth
handover to operations and overall customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:
\u2022 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field.
\u2022 Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the Fire Detection\/Suppression, Electronic Security and IBMS industry.
\u2022 Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
\u2022 Strong leadership and team management skills.
\u2022 Accountability & time management.
\u2022 Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
\u2022 Ability to travel within the designated region as required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
