System Integrator, deals in IT services like cctv, Fire alarm, Access control Biometrics. We are into Electricals, Working with brands like Panasonic, anchor, Bajaj, Havells etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities
\uf0b7 Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
\uf0b7 Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales Team.
\uf0b7 Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and
understanding their needs
\uf0b7 Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management
team
\uf0b7 Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and
competition status
\uf0b7 To provide training to team.
\uf0b7 To achieve targets in given timeline.
\uf0b7 Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concern.
\uf0b7 Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
\uf0b7 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services and accordingly
preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
\uf0b7 Negotiate\/close deals and handle complaints or objections
\uf0b7 Building, maintaining and managing the sales process through specific CRM software.
\uf0b7 Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
\uf0b7 Participating in sales team meetings.
\uf0b7 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
\uf0b7 Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
\uf0b7 Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Requirements and skills<\/strong>
\uf0b7 Bachelor degree in business administration or a related field. (Masters preferred)
\uf0b7 3 years\u2019 experience required.
\uf0b7 Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently
meeting or exceeding targets.
\uf0b7 Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
\uf0b7 Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all
levels of the organization.
\uf0b7 Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
\uf0b7 Strong business sense and industry expertise.
\uf0b7 Excellent monitoring, coaching and people management skills.
\uf0b7 Demonstrated track record of meeting\/exceeding goals as an individual contributor.
\uf0b7 Ability to handle the team.
\uf0b7 Skills of team handling and time management.
\uf0b7 Ability to work independently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
