Key Responsibilities:
\uf0b7 H.R. Planning
\uf0b7 Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
\uf0b7 Employee Relations, Engagement & Retention
\uf0b7 Time Office
\uf0b7 Compensation and Benefits<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your job profile:   
o Identifying manpower requirements &amp; discuss with HR Head for further actions.
o Creating Job Descriptions in discussion with management &amp; department heads.
o Efficiently manage the process of posting job openings on various portals &amp; fetch suitable candidates.
o Sourcing candidates, reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates &amp; discussing the profiles with department heads \/ management.
o Liasioning &amp; negotiating with external sources like recruitment agencies, Colleges, Job Portals etc. for closing positions on time.
o Arranging Interviews using various means &amp; at desired locations and handling the recruitment process.
o Perform 1 st level screening of candidates as per our requirements.
o Allocate seats, arrange required resources timely &amp; judiciously to new joinees.
o Design Compensation &amp; Breakups for various profiles as per our L&amp;G
o Maintaining Time Office, O.T., Leaves, Attendance, Salary records &amp; forward them to accounts section after approval by management for timely disbursal of Salaries.
o Manage Staff Loans and Advances &amp; forward to accounts department after approval by management.
o Manage Employee benefits like Insurance etc.
o Continuously work on employee relations &amp; promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
o Plan various employee engagement activities.
o Work on Employee Retention &amp; Conducting exit interviews with outgoing employees.
o Creating and managing schedules, meetings, H.O. visits by guests, interviews, and other HR activities.
o To maintain complete confidentiality of all assigned tasks &amp; jobs.
o Other assigned tasks as allocated by your supervisor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:
\uf0b7 Able to handle Blue-Collar &amp; White-Collar Workforce.
\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master degree preferred).
\uf0b7 Experience preferred in a similar HR role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
