\uf0b7 Administration (General Affairs) &amp; corporate solutions.
\uf0b7 Ensuring a comprehensive understanding of business and meeting customer expectations within the
boundary of the contract.
\uf0b7 Monitor resource requirements based on the forecasting, and budgetary parameters, and make
changes in the same as per revised schedules and budgets.
\uf0b7 AMCs and PPM.
\uf0b7 Track and control cost accruals based on with respect to budgets, generate progress reports, monitor
performance status, and Cost &amp; time reconciliation.
\uf0b7 Mentoring and maintaining a strong working relationship with the Team and offering assistance,
wherever and whenever required.
\uf0b7 Promote Cross-Selling &amp; Innovation.
\uf0b7 Vendor Quality Assurance
\uf0b7 Management System Certification.
\uf0b7 Training &amp; Development.
\uf0b7 All administration Control and timely closer of deliverables.
\uf0b7 Interiors and exteriors of premises infrastructure.
\uf0b7 Installation and operation control of new and existing assets.
\uf0b7 Electricity and water consumption control.
\uf0b7 Access control, operation of physical security, CCTV, BMS, and all critical equipment.
\uf0b7 Event management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Should be responsible for managing all existing &amp; new contracts, retention of the existing business, and
establishing of the portfolio, reputation, and image of the organization.
\uf0b7 Maintaining relationships with clients.
\uf0b7 Develop strong relationships with inter-departments.
\uf0b7 Good command over employee\u2019s safety and safe work methods under any circumstances
\uf0b7 Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure resolution in accordance with
company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
\uf0b7 Develop or update company procedures to ensure capture, investigation, and proper documentation of
complaints
\uf0b7 Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain problem logs for identifying and reporting issues to
management and product development
\uf0b7 Provide training and support to the team that includes systems, policies, procedures, and core processes.
\uf0b7 Oversee and ensure all the operations and maintenance of critical and none critical Equipment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills and qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Technical certification such as Bachelor in Electrical \/Mechanical engineering
\uf0b7 Superb computer competence, including database management.
\uf0b7 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
\uf0b7 Demonstrated knowledge of testing best practices, version control practices, and defect management
practices.
\uf0b7 Strong verbal &amp; written communication skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Preferred Qualifications
\uf0b7 A proven record of accomplishment in the Facility department with a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience
in a Management level position especially in Real estate.
\uf0b7 Have a strong background in Technical &amp; Soft Skills.
\uf0b7 Possess strong leadership qualities and a proactive nature in communication and interaction.
\uf0b7 Strong Project Management skills.
\uf0b7 Ability to communicate in more than one language<\/p>\n\n\n\n
