Roles and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Oversee and manage employee wellness and safety programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Provide HR support and guidance to employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Negotiate and manage labour contracts and collective bargaining agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Develop and maintain positive relationships with government agencies and employee unions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Work on admin activities and daily tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Graduation or Post Graduation degree in Human Resources or a related field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Experience in HR, payroll, training, or organizational development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
