{"id":174006,"date":"2024-01-16T11:23:48","date_gmt":"2024-01-16T05:53:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tasolutions.in\/hr\/?p=174006"},"modified":"2024-01-16T11:23:50","modified_gmt":"2024-01-16T05:53:50","slug":"job-opening-for-accountanting-purchasing-specialist-for-rendering-studio-for-mohali-location%ef%bf%bc","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tasolutions.in\/hr\/job-opening-for-accountanting-purchasing-specialist-for-rendering-studio-for-mohali-location%ef%bf%bc\/","title":{"rendered":"Job opening for Accountanting &amp; Purchasing Specialist for Rendering Studio for Mohali location\ufffc"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Shift: <\/strong>US Shift<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Job Type:<\/strong> Full Time<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Week Offs:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>2 days fixed Week Offs during Winter&nbsp;<\/li><li>1 day fixed Week Off during Summer due to high demand (As per US Calendar and business requirements)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Shift Timing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>US Shift&nbsp;<\/li><li>During Winter: 8 AM to 5 PM CST (7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>During Summer: 7 AM to 5 PM CST (6:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST) (As per US Time Zone,&nbsp; depending upon business requirements and Daylight Saving)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accounting:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Maintain and manage the company&#8217;s chart of accounts.<\/li><li>Perform day-to-day bookkeeping, including data entry and reconciliations.<\/li><li>Utilize QuickBooks Online to manage financial records and transactions.<\/li><li>Generate accurate financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.<\/li><li>Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.<\/li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for improved financial performance.<\/li><li>Collaborate with management to provide insights into financial performance.<\/li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Purchasing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Oversee all purchasing activities, including sourcing parts and equipment.<\/li><li>Establish relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.<\/li><li>Compare prices, terms, and delivery options to secure cost-effective deals.<\/li><li>Coordinate with the service and maintenance teams to ensure timely procurement.<\/li><li>Maintain accurate records of all purchases and expenses.<\/li><li>Continuously seek opportunities to optimize purchasing processes.<\/li><li>Assess inventory needs and maintain optimal stock levels.<\/li><li>Provide reporting on purchasing trends and cost-saving measures<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Qualification:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and financial reporting.<\/li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.<\/li><li>Negotiation skills and the ability to secure cost-effective purchasing deals.<\/li><li>Knowledge of accounting standards and regulations.<\/li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities.<\/li><li>Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.<\/li><li>Previous experience in purchasing or supply chain management is a plus.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>#JobOpening #Hiring #JobSearch #NowHiring#CareerOpportunity #JobOpportunity #Employment#mohali<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested candidates kindly forward your updated CV on&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:hr1@tasolutions.in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hr5@tasolutions.in<\/a>&nbsp;given mail ID or call on&nbsp;&nbsp;9779649490.
