Enterprise Sales
We are looking for a highly motivated, result oriented and experienced Enterprise Sales representative
to join our growing sales team.
You will be responsible for driving the growth of our software product within large colleges, campuses &
institutes across the country.
Your expertise in building and maintaining strategic relationships with key decision-makers will be
critical in expanding the clients and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities:
\uf0b7 Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and acquire new colleges &
institutes as clients for the company.
\uf0b7 Identify and research the potential colleges & institutes that qualify as our clients across India.
\uf0b7 Conduct good product demos and presentations to showcase the value proposition of the
software to potential clients.
\uf0b7 Build strong and lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including College Deans, Admin
Heads, department heads, to understand their pain points.
\uf0b7 Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and negotiate the pricing with clients.
\uf0b7 Manage the sales pipeline effectively and maintain records of sales activities using CRM tool.
\uf0b7 Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to
leverage opportunities and stay ahead in the market.
\uf0b7 Provide sales forecasts and regular sales reports to the management and relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
\uf0b7 Proven track record of successful enterprise software sales, with a demonstrable history of
meeting sales targets.
\uf0b7 Any earlier experience of Sales in Colleges, Campuses or any Educational institutes will be a huge
added advantage.
\uf0b7 Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and experience navigating complex sales
processes.
\uf0b7 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with College Deans,
Admin Heads and decision-makers.
\uf0b7 Technical acumen to understand and articulate the benefits and functionalities of our software
product.
\uf0b7 Highly organized with good time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet sales deadlines.
\uf0b7 Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
