Architect
Experience –   0 – 4 Years
Salary – 15-25k PMQualification – Graduation<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualification \u2013 B.Arch. (Compulsory)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The duties & Responsibilities:
\u2022 Responsible for the concept design and development for a project
\u2022 Coordinates with Clients \/ Client Representatives, Statutory Bodies, Team Members & Sub-Consultants to complete the Projects assigned
\u2022 Prepares Project Plan, Detailing, manages & monitors team members, gives clear direction
to members, keeps track of contractual requirements and ensures work as per Project Plan
\u2022 Meets the Functional Objectives of the Development Department
\u2022 Maintains required quality standards
\u2022 Identifies training requirement for the Team Members
\u2022 Identifies resource requirement <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other Responsibilities:
\u2022 Plan the target of the month\/week\/day.
\u2022 Previous day email follow-up with client (inputs \/closure \/ approval \/feedback)
all the output from the team and share with management for feedback \/ approval
\u2022 Maintaining the discipline in the team according to hierarchy.
\u2022 If a new project comes to production, it needs to be entirely in the product sheet and
need to review the inputs and after that sharing the list with the client if any additional inputs are needed.
\u2022 Need to check if the post team excel has been updated or not.
\u2022 the render sheet needs to be updated.
\u2022 Saturday, they need to submit the production report to Management.
\u2022 If any additional requirement comes from the client needing to take approval and new
project code from Management then only production will start.
\u2022 All the meetings after finishing need to email MOM for the client and our internal record.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Area of experience required:
\u2022 Creativity and Communication.
\u2022 Design Development and detailing.
\u2022 AutoCAD and Revit software knowledge.
\u2022 Must know Elevation.
\u2022 Must have experience in sketching.
\u2022 Planning of work & executing in an organized manner.
\u2022 Knowledge of Statutory Requirements.
\u2022 Awareness of Design Standards.
\u2022 Team Formation.
\u2022 Interaction with Clients.
\u2022 Good Communication in English and Hindi.
\u2022 Ensuring project documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
\u2022 Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
