Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 4+ years of counselling students going to popular study abroad destinations specifically USA.
\uf0b7 Ability to drive 50+ Enrolments a year independently
\uf0b7 Thorough knowledge about universities, courses, entry requirements, visa process etc.
of at least 2 popular study abroad destinations
\uf0b7 Worked in reputed Study Abroad Companies for 4+ years as counsellors
\uf0b7 Ability to conduct successful seminars and webinars
\uf0b7 Develop a strong counselling team to oversee the creation of a dynamic, inclusive work
place, building the culture while recognizing and celebrating innovation, success and achievement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Guide students every step of their journey to discovering their dream university and program.
\uf0b7 Assist students with university and course selection, guidance on scholarships, RA, TA, etc., profile building, financing options and determine the interest, aptitude, and abilities and help guide them on the visa processes for key countries.
\uf0b7 Setting rigorous follow up mechanisms with students and the universities abroad.
\uf0b7 Embrace technology to provide real-time, high quality counselling services with the latest
information at your fingertips.
\uf0b7 Be there for students on a daily basis to ensure their concerns are addressed and follow up with universities and internal teams to ensure their application process runs smoothly.
\uf0b7 Help the clients in making a list of all documents needed while submitting their applications.
\uf0b7 Help the clients with SOP Analysis and Improvements, Assistance for LORs, Resume editing, and Financial Documentation Support.
\uf0b7 Assist the clients with Visa application & help them to prepare for the Visa interview.
\uf0b7 Manage internal support teams to ensure the overall student experience is off the highest quality and all timelines are met
\uf0b7 Collaborate with Destination Client Relations Managers, Marketing to develop and implement lead generation programs including events, client office visits, web etc, ensure counselling capacity \/capability as per targets and ensure consistent sales, service andclient management performance standards and benchmarks which are continuously improved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional Requirements:
\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s or equivalent degree
\uf0b7 Industry knowledge. Preferably working in sector or having prior experience in student placement sector.
\uf0b7 Experience in developing business plans, budgets and skills to monitor, review and report on progress.
\uf0b7 %+ years of proven ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve demonstrable outcomes.
\uf0b7 5 years counselling experience preferably in the education industry.
\uf0b7 Strong problem resolution skills.
\uf0b7 Experience in working with CRM systems will be desirable.
\uf0b7 A strong, ethical manager who acts with integrity and in the best interests of the business.
\uf0b7 Respects diversity in employees.
\uf0b7 Good written and verbal English skills.
