Business Development Manager\u2019s role is to promote and expand company 's services and generate
sustainable business to the company.
As part of the Business Development team the BDM will have direct customer interaction, review and
analyze specifications, develop detailed quotations with drawings (either to be proposed to the
customer\/from the customer) if required, and negotiate with customers to win projects. The BDM must be
able to represent the Company in a positive manner, by being technical savvy and up to date on market
developments.

Requirement: Must own a vehicle for daily travel
Other Requirement: Person must have worked extensively in Bangalore\/Karnataka market and should
speak Kannada fluently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities:
\uf0b7 To work as an integral and active component of the business development department and its
functionalities
\uf0b7 Generate and Develop leads- Ability to find new customers\/projects
\uf0b7 Responsible for complete sales cycle from enquiry generation, order booking till payment
collection<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Nurture, build and maintain relationship with customers
\uf0b7 Reporting of Sales Activities and to provide update of the sales funnel regularly
\uf0b7 Make presentations, attend techno-commercial discussions and negotiations
\uf0b7 Build rapport with Dealers , Architects and other influencers
\uf0b7 Achieve sales targets on Monthly\/Quarterly \/Yearly Basis
\uf0b7 Assist order execution and Statutory Documents<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills:
\uf0b7 Must have a good understanding of the Electrical Contracts
\uf0b7 Hands on experience in estimation and pricing BOM\/BOQ that go to electrical contracts ranging
from domestic, commercial and Annual Maintenance Services
\uf0b7 Exposure and knowledge in technical specifications required for facilitating appropriate services
\uf0b7 Good to have knowledge on low voltage and medium voltage wirings, panels, and components
\uf0b7 Proficient in sales segments of Building, Electrical panels, Electrical contracts
\uf0b7 Assertive communicator with good verbal, written communication, and analytical skills
\uf0b7 Experience in segments working with Electrical Consultants, Project management companies,
Architects, Contractors would make an ideal candidate
\uf0b7 Ability to travel extensively
Qualifications:
\uf0b7 6+ yrs. of relevant experience and sound knowledge of electrical products, technology, and
market
\uf0b7 Any Graduate (B.E\/B.Tech in Electrical engineering will be preferred).
