Job Responsibilities:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Work with Account & Strategy teams to develop strategic channel\/media solutions
\u25cf Utilise media research tools and resources to aid in campaign development
\u25cf Finalise and present recommendations internally and to clients
\u25cf Manage cross-departmental issues regarding any aspect of campaign execution
\u25cf Develop and present reports highlighting relevant insights and learnings, and provide
recommendations for future campaigns
\u25cf Develop, manage and train Assistant\/JR Planners
\u25cf Daily management and optimization of digital media campaigns including planning
and strategy development, contract execution, and reporting
\u25cf Work closely with an internal specialized team to monitor performance and
recommend optimizations and new\/different strategies and tactics
\u25cf Interacting with the Brand Team (In-house & Agencies) for the creation of Marketing
collaterals which has to be marketed at the lowest possible costs.
\u25cf Lead role in training and managing junior team members in digital media
\u25cf Collaborate with all departments in the agency
\u25cf As the Senior Digital Media Planner, he\/she will be the primary point person on
several accounts.
\u25cf In addition to his\/her core account assignments, the Senior Digital Media Planner is
expected to participate in new business pitches, internal presentations, and award
submissions.
\u25cf Keyword Research skills
\u25cf Skills in search platforms including; Google AdWords, Facebook Ads and Instagram
Ads.
\u25cf Understanding of social media advertising across major platforms (Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram)
\u25cf Website Analytics (mostly in Google Analytics)
\u25cf Experience working on a Performance Media (SEM and Social) strategy
\u25cf Creating & Managing of Advertising\/ Marketing Campaign
\u25cf Optimizing the campaigns for best results and Driving growth for the company.
\u25cf Finding new advertising opportunities in terms of more advertising areas or in terms
of ad platforms to increase the revenue while maintaining required profitability.
\u25cf Taking complete control & responsibility for the platforms in terms of selection of
creatives, ad copies, campaigns & targeting for both the advertising Inventory as well
as Demographic targeting of the audience for a specific product and budget allotment
for each run campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Creating an insightful report to give feedback for content creation for creating better
creatives to help reduce advertising spends for reaching audiences.
\u25cf Running analysis for improving ROIs of advertising.
\u25cf Creating Analytical models to generate better performance.
\u25cf Evaluating various marketing strategies and creating an alternative path for better
results.
\u25cf Planning & executing the Media plans for the brands backed up with research &
strategy.
\u25cf Consult with creative teams on campaign elements, including banners, email, rich
media, search marketing, etc.
\u25cf Coordinate negotiations with media vendors
\u25cf Constant communication & coordination internally within teams.
\u25cf Track media expenditures to ensure agency and client budget compliance
\u25cf Evaluate media proposals and provide written POVs
\u25cf Hands-on experience on Campaign Management platforms.
\u25cf Able to build client-relationship by proposing new digital marketing
solutions\/services and strategies on a regular basis.
\u25cf Understanding Analytics tools will be an additional advantage.
\u25cf Compute ROI of online media activity, and make recommendations to optimize client
results
\u25cf Provide concise, timely and accurate reporting, including post-buys, positioning and
online tracking reports, etc.
\u25cf Can manage all aspects of an online program(Facebook, Google, and other publishing
platforms)
\u25cf Has experience with all online media tactics: CPA, CPM, and paid search
\u25cf Understands all aspects of online campaign implementation
\u25cf Has stellar negotiation, tracking, and optimisation skills
\u25cf Is comfortable interacting with third-party ad servers and rich media technologies
\u25cf Understands syndicated and related online media research resources
\u25cf Has outstanding budget and project management skills
Qualifications:
\u25cf At least 1+ years professional experience in managing performance campaigns
\u25cf Deep knowledge and understanding of digital media planning and buying, including
technical details
\u25cf Experience in all steps of the media planning process, across a variety of clients
\u25cf Exceptional media skills overall: strategic thinking, an introduction to innovative
ideas\/techniques, stellar negotiating skills, insightful analysis
\u25cf Proficiency in digital media planning and trafficking software, including
DoubleClick\/DART (or equivalent), Similarweb and ComScore
\u25cf Strong relationships (and reputation) in the media community
\u25cf Active in the media community outside of the agency<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u25cf Manage and monitor growth by implementing campaign solutions; build campaigns,
monitor and optimize for performance and work towards marketing objectives.
\u25cf Manage the implementation, tracking, and measurement of integrated digital
marketing campaigns within the timelines and budgets.
\u25cf Familiarity with A\/B and multivariate experiments.
\u25cf Should have and previously demonstrated an ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
when working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
\u25cf Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad copies.
\u25cf Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Online Advertising.
\u25cf Optimize and scale metrics like CPC, CPI, CPA, CTR, CPM for all campaigns, ad
groups and ad sets. Publish daily performance summary report for key metrics.
\u25cf Religiously track funnel conversion and identify key areas for improvement. Engage
with the concerned team to drive engagements and deliver results
\u25cf Manage, mentor & grow the team members to deliver impact
\u25cf Comprehensive knowledge of online creative specifications.
\u25cf The ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned campaigns
\u25cf A high degree of organization and communication skills.
\u25cf Strong interpretation skills; can work from little detail.
\u25cf Dedication to excellent client service.
