Requirement:
\u25cf Excellent communication skills in English. (Clarity & Understanding)
\u25cf Minimum 6\u00a0–\u00a0 8 years experience in any sales. (Realestate, Banking, Insurance, Hospitality,
or Any B2B Sales)
\u25cf Minimum 4 years experience in team handling
\u25cf Minimum Graduate in any discipline
Primary Responsibilities:
\u25cf Team Lead
\u25cf Conduct team reviews (daily)
\u25cf Train, supervise, and guide the team to close transactions & improve their efficiency and
sales.
Secondary Responsibilities:
\u25cf Handle Clients queries, build & maintain relationships & requirements of Commercial
property
\u25cf Participate in Sell\/Lease Real estate Commercial properties to Corporate & HNI clients
\u25cf Propose clients with different available option of properties
\u25cf Conduct meetings and inspections with clients
\u25cf Maintain & update data related to Clients and Properties on CRM
\u25cf Timely Communication both Oral and Written to all stakeholders
\u25cf Report on the deals under various stages of progress with their Reporting Manager
\u25cf Close prospective Clients and ensure Collections.
\u25cf Achieve Monthly \/ Annual Business targets
