Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Outreach:

databases, or other sources.

potential customers.
\uf0b7 Customize sales pitches based on the prospect 's needs and preferences.
2. Relationship Building:
\uf0b7 Develop and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing customers
through effective communication.
\uf0b7 Listen attentively to customer inquiries, concerns, and objections, and provide
appropriate responses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Needs Analysis:
\uf0b7 Ask probing questions to understand the customer 's requirements and pain points.
\uf0b7 Recommend suitable solutions that align with the customer 's needs and offer value.
4. Objection Handling:
\uf0b7 Address customer objections with empathy and information, aiming to overcome
hesitations and misconceptions.
\uf0b7 Provide clear and accurate information to assist customers in making informed
decisions.
5. Sales Process Management:
\uf0b7 Keep detailed records of all interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions using CRM
software or designated tools.
\uf0b7 Follow the established sales process, accurately documenting and tracking the
progress of each lead.
6. Sales Target Achievement:
\uf0b7 Strive to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
\uf0b7 Continuously improve sales techniques and strategies to optimize conversion rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Product Knowledge:
\uf0b7 Maintain a deep understanding of the company 's products or services, staying up-to-
date with new offerings and updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Collaboration:
\uf0b7 Coordinate with other teams such as marketing and customer support to provide a
seamless customer experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Reporting:
\uf0b7 Generate regular sales reports detailing progress, challenges, and successes to sales
managers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualifications:
\uf0b7 Post Graduation
\uf0b7 Proven experience in telesales, international sales, or a related sales role.
\uf0b7 Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
\uf0b7 Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with international customers.
\uf0b7 Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
\uf0b7 Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
\uf0b7 Resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
\uf0b7 Proficiency in multiple languages may be a plus, depending on target markets.
\uf0b7 Results-driven attitude and a self-motivated approach to achieving targets.
