Define the transformation agenda, leads through a team to implement the Transformation
strategy for CU to effectively drive performance and deliver business results.
\u25cf Holds accountability for identifying and delivering opportunities for cost savings and meeting
financial targets.
\u25cf Work with Legacy Application owners to gain strong understanding on its system roadmap
plan
\u25cf Regular review of various ongoing Application Migrations to ensure maximum efficiency and
performance from the deliverables
\u25cf Agree the planned Closure and Aspirational Retirement date with Legacy Application
owners
\u25cf Work with Technical teams to analyse the VM Optimization scope
\u25cf Create a strategic roadmap to optimize the VM\u2019s
\u25cf Responsible for creating a process for delivery and agree with stakeholders
\u25cf Develop dashboards and reports to support effective governance of transformation
programs and health of Corporate Unit
\u25cf Share insights on delivery progress, achievements\/misses, areas of interventions to
leadership team
\u25cf Risk & dependency management to avoid any miss on target deliveries
\u25cf Publish clear dashboard & reports, advice and strategy on the achieving target to maximise
output and quality of transformation programs
\u25cf Establishing Key operational governance to drive the unit\u2019s performance. Providing insight to
understand current performance, outlook performance and areas of improvement with
particular emphasis on
\u25cf Drives continuous improvement and culture of high performance through strategic programs,
advocating for and effecting behavioural and process change across the organisation by
influencing decision makers and inspiring and motivating others to adopt new ways of
working.
\u25cf Enhance core structures, governance, and ways of working from an end-to-end perspective
working across squads, tribes, CU leadership whilst not disrupting in flight delivery
programs.
\u25cf Work with the Portfolio Planning & Demand Managers and Tribe Agile Delivery Managers
(RTE) identifying bottlenecks and reducing lead time from Idea to launch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills required for the job ;
\u25cf Possess excellent Application domain knowledge, 
\u25cf Possess typically demonstrable previous Application Migration or related experience
\u25cf Experience of methods, tools and planning used in
Application migration projects
\u25cf Experience of building Applications Migration strategy
\u25cf Experience of handling Application decommissioning and its Archival planning
\u25cf Good knowledge of VM\u2019s deployment and optimization
\u25cf Program Management skills to lead transformation program deliveries
\u25cf Experience working across waterfall and Agile methodology driven projects
\u25cf Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders .
Corporate Units through regular meetings and communications
\u25cf Must demonstrate an exceptional work ethic, and a good working knowledge of the Digital lifecycle
\u25cf Must be detail oriented and possess the ability to work in a multi-disciplined environment with excellent
communication skills, both oral and written along with analytical skills
\u25cf Must be a team player able to work professionally and collaboratively with various stakeholders
\u25cf Strong understanding of Lean Agile delivery practices with awareness of major frameworks (i.e. SAFe, Kanban)
with the ability to measure team with Agile Metrices
\u25cf Good to have program management experience and professional certification
\u25cf Industry standard qualifications in Agile Leadership (i.e. Leading SAFe, SAFe POPM) and Scrum Mastering (i.e.
CSM)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
