Responsibilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Develop and implement effective sales strategies
\uf0b7 Recruit regional sales engineers and train them on effective sales strategies
\uf0b7 Set Sales targets \u2013 Region wise and National level
\uf0b7 Make monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans
\uf0b7 Lead the Sales team and guide them towards achieving targets
\uf0b7 Evaluate the performance of Sales team on regular basis, make course corrections as required
\uf0b7 Negotiate and close orders with customers
\uf0b7 Responsible for End To End process of sales from generation of enquiry to collection of final payment.
\uf0b7 Set up an effective reporting system to closely monitor the team
\uf0b7 Business Development -Pursue new sales opportunities, gathering leads, prospecting
\uf0b7 Analyse sales data and recommend changes or improvements for effective business development
\uf0b7 Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Co-ordinate with Project Engineering\/Sales support, Production, QC, Customer support team to ensure smooth flow of information & on time delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

MUST POSSESS
\uf0b7 Should be a Graduate MechanicalEngineerfrom a
reputed institute<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Age: 35 to 38 years max
\uf0b7 Total experience of around 12 to 15 years out of which at least 4 years in a managerial role, handling a team of 4 members.
\uf0b7 Proficiency in using office tools such as MS Office (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
\uf0b7 Ability to read, understand and interpret Engineering drawings
\uf0b7 Ability to handle preliminary technical discussions
\uf0b7 Strong communication and team management skills
\uf0b7 Interpersonal skills \u2013 should motivate the team members to achieve set goals
\uf0b7 Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
\uf0b7 Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
\uf0b7 Availability to travel as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CTC \/ Budget \/ Package (fixed+variable) : 08 – 11 lakhs CTC per annum<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DESIRABLE
\uf0b7 Experience of working in CRM\/ERP software
\uf0b7 Machine tool or metal cutting background, experience of setting
up machining lines or peripherals for machining lines, cutting
oil\/coolant supply\/management background<\/p>\n\n\n\n
