Your responsibilities-<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Must have experience in day to day accounting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Should have experience in Tally and other related software\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Must have experience in GST, TDS and Income Tax filing<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Must have knowledge of Income Tax, Company law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Must have good knowledge of vendor invoice processing \/ claims processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Must be adept at handling and managing inter-company transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Experience in maintaining Book of Accounts viz Cash Book, Ledger Book Journal,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– finalization of Balance sheets etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Experience in petty cash handling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Must be responsible for General administrative and office tasks with Back Office<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Support of, and actively participating, on running internal and external processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Secretarial Services<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Liaise with 3rd parties<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Client Coordination, Coordination with bank and experience in foreign remittances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Supporting international clients<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Work closely with the top management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Your experience & skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– 2+ years\u2019 experience in Accounts cum Administration role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Graduate\/ Postgraduate in the relevant field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Excellent knowledge in Tally \/ accounting software<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Excellent knowledge in MS Office tools<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Fluent in English, Kannada & Hindi<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Excellent verbal & written communication skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Accounting skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Service oriented<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Pro active<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Multi Thinking with Multi-tasking abilities<\/p>\n\n\n\n
