Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Responsible for retail sales marketing and B2B sales offline and online – Following up on new<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– business opportunities and setting up meetings, negotiating, and closing business relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products\/services to increase customer satisfaction<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Draft, share and close sales quotations and orders<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Explain and negotiate commercial, technical terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Conduct\u2019s regular and systematic customer visits according to work plan and customer coverage \u2013<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– PAN India<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Manage and achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– assigned territory and\/or market segment by effectively selling the company’s product and\/or<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– related services<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Establish contacts and pitch the company services with leading retailers offline and online.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– The Ideal candidates must have a track record of achieving targets in sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– One who can make presentation to top management and decision makers about company’s<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– products and services<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Finding and representing the company at trade shows, on committees, and related industry<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– conferences to build the network<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Indian distribution landscape. Develop geography<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– and channel specific strategies towards achieving the growth objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Work very closely with Distributors, business owners to meet sales targets month wise,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– geography\/salesperson wise, brand and pack wise as relevant in line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Planning, preparing and conducting presentations whenever required<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Maintain consistent contact with existing clients and get referrals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Effective and on time management of sales pipeline<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Analyse market and establish competitive advantages<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly\/monthly\/quarterly) sales results<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Providing management with market feedback.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Proactively use Management information to recommend improvements to the sales processes<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Desired Experience and Skill Sets:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Female candidate with 2+ years of experience in Business Development ideally in Retail sales and<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– marketing for woman care and grooming products<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Graduate \/ Postgraduate degree in Sales & Marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Language skills; English and Hindi (Must be fluent orally and verbally).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Sales \/ Business development<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Promote\/sell\/secure contracts from new customers through direct sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Explains services to customers, prepare quotation and negotiate with potential<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Must be detail oriented with an excellent math skill<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Must be strong, confident and presentable during sales activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Should be very clear and fluent in sales calls\/presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Experience and understating of full sales cycle including deal closing and adding<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Referral sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Experience in cross selling and up-selling<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Strong negotiation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Excellent communication and presentation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Experience with CRM software (e.g. Capsule, Toggl is an added advantage)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Experience in managing collaterals, branding and positioning is an added advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
