A. Job Responsibilities:
\u2022 Explaining and demonstrating features of product to Doctors, hospitals etc….
\u2022 Implement business plans and related activities in line with company goals like customer
events, sales and marketing campaigns, sales presentations necessary to achieve agreed
objectives.
\u2022 Have a understanding in the respective specialist area and priority products. Maintain and
enhance knowledge of product.
\u2022 Ensure customer satisfaction and best in class customer relationship.
\u2022 Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and
individual recognition
\u2022 Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key
demographics in line with company goals.
\u2022 Research and analyse data on market trends, new market opportunities \/ directions, and
competitive moves to inform business strategy
\u2022 Develop detailed competitive and market views through compilation of data from multiple
sources including primary and secondary market research, sales, marketing, and internal \/
external data sources
\u2022 Accountable for achieving agreed sales, productivity and performance targets within agreed
budgets and timescale
\u2022 Good enough to organize camps
\u2022 Actively driving and ensuring sale target achievement,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

B. Skills and Qualifications
\u2022 BBA\/MBA
\u2022 Amputation of Hand is the basic criteria.
\u2022 At least 0-3 year of experience in sales
\u2022 Good to have experience in Pharma sales background
\u2022 Strong communication skills
\u2022 Analysing sales data
\u2022 Presentation skills
\u2022 Experience in implementing sales strategies.
\u2022 Experience in customer relationship management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
