Job description
You will be responsible as a Visa Counselor for assisting individuals and groups with the visa application process for international travel. You will collaborate closely with customers to analyze their needs, advice on visa requirements, and provide application support.
Key Responsibilities:
\u2022 Seeking an experienced Counselor with expertise in Australia\/New Zealand\/Canada\/UK\/USA Visa filling
\u2022 Provide customers with professional guidance on visa criteria, eligibility, and application processes.
\u2022 Assist customers in filling out visa application forms and obtaining supporting documents.
\u2022 Prior to submission, review and verify all visa application documents for accuracy and completeness.
\u2022 Stay informed on visa restrictions, processes, and requirements.
\u2022 Ensure that all legal and regulatory criteria are met while processing visas.
\u2022 Handle any visa application concerns and follow up with customers as required.
\u2022 Providing clients with outstanding customer service by responding promptly to enquiries and providing current information on visa applications.
\u2022 Create excellent client connections to promote repeat business and recommendations.
\u2022 Work with other visa counselors and support workers to ensure that visas are processed effectively and efficiently.
Requirements:
\u2022 At least one year of experience as a Visa Counselor
\u2022 Excellent communication abilities
