Job Description:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
a) Prepare cheque and bank transfer document<\/p>\n\n\n\n
b) Prepare Receipt Voucher<\/p>\n\n\n\n
c) Responsible for Petty Cash funds and weekly reports for reimbursement<\/p>\n\n\n\n
d) Ensure cash advances are monitored and cleared on a timely basis<\/p>\n\n\n\n
e) Issue receipts for all money received by cash, cheque, bank transfer and credit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
f) Audits records to substantiate financial transactions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
g) Prepare bank reconciliations for all bank accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
h) Preparing daily\/weekly report of bank balances and outstanding cheques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
i) Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
j) Manage balance sheets and profit\/loss statements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
k) Salary Sheet & ESI & PF Challan payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
l) Coordinate with all branch accounts Team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Professional Skills: Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
