RECRUITMENT:
\uf0d8 Handling end-to-end recruitment cycle using the company database and coordinating
with vendors.
\uf0d8 Understanding the requirements of different departments with job descriptions and
competencies required.
\uf0d8 Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates from job portals based on their skills,
educational qualification, and experience.
\uf0d8 Taking first-level telephonic round and analyzing their communication skill.
\uf0d8 Cold-calling to candidates and bulk-mailing to create a talent pool.
\uf0d8 Job posting on portals and social networking sites.
\uf0d8 Lining up the candidates after briefing them about the current opening.
\uf0d8 Responsible to take telephonic interviews of the candidates & initial round
\uf0d8 Maintaining database through references & job portals.
\uf0d8 Maintain interview records & tracker sheets.
\uf0d8 Regular follow-up with candidates\/vendors till joining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Human Resource:
\uf076 Serve as a link between the organization's management and its employees.
\uf076 Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and
termination.
\uf076 Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing
employees.
\uf076 Getting the joining formalities done and follow-up on unfulfilled paperwork & other joining
formalities.
\uf076 Employee Orientation & Onboarding.
\uf076 Issuing Offer letters, Appointment letters, Confirmation letters, Consultancy letters,
Performance Appraisals, and providing Induction training to the new employees.
\uf076 Preparation of Daily and Monthly Employee Attendance.
\uf076 Handling queries regarding leaves and salary deductions.
\uf076 New Employees Joining formalities and Bank account opening of employees with GPA\/GHI
Insurance.
\uf076 Performance evaluation of Probationers and Trainees.
\uf076 Accounting Leave as per Law & Maintaining Leave Records for Employees.
\uf076 Preparation of Full and Final Settlements of Resigned \/ Terminated Employees.
\uf076 Handling Employee Grievances, Resolving Disputes & other allied functions of HR.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\uf076 Forwarding the salary sheet to Account Department, verifying the attendance Report &
leave records of the Employees.
\uf076 Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
\uf076 Providing information on policies and procedures
\uf076 Updating HR policies, tracker sheets and leave cards
\uf076 Maintaining personnel records, managing HR documents (e.g. employment records and
onboarding guides) and updating internal databases
\uf076 Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Administration:
\uf0fc Create new vendors as per the office requirements.
\uf0fc Find at least 03 vendors for the best quote comparison.
\uf0fc Coordination with vendors for purchasing hardware items, stationery items, and
printing of Letterheads, I card, visiting cards.
\uf0fc Preparation of vendors\u2019 PO, PI & tax invoices
\uf0fc Preparation of Vendors\u2019 and consultants\u2019 cheques
\uf0fc Manage repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment, etc.
\uf0fc Follow up with the Office building Spaze department for maintenance and
infrastructure.
\uf0fc Create a proper database for Hardware & Software AMC
\uf0fc Follow up with vendors for AC, lease line, and Airtel in case of any technical issues and
for timely payment.
\uf0fc Maintain proper record of visits of the vendors like Gardener, Hardware person, System
Air person.
\uf0fc Monthly filing of the invoices
\uf0fc Manage day-to-day activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
ISO REPORTS
\uf076 Maintaining all the reports pertaining to the task role for the ISO Audits<\/p>\n\n\n\n
