Job Description:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Handling End to End Payroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Monitoring of Attendance System<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Leave Management<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Generate the Salary Statements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Facing the Payroll Audits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Handling complete recruitment process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Training & Development. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Conducting interview & taking part in all interview conducting at Unit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Checking Security System & Manpower. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Ensure compliance under all statutory provision of various labour legislations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Handling Grievances and Warning letters to take appropriate disciplinary actions. .<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Manage the Time Office Functions & ensure timely disbursement of Salary & wages etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Handling all administration work in regard to employees, office, security, rules, facilities,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
meetings, Sanitation ECT. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Preparation of all notices regarding Administration & letters for office. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Preparation of month wise employees report (Left, Join & Salary).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Controlling of Salary & Administration Budget. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Dealing with the final settlement of employees when they leave. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Maintaining good internal communication within the company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
– Developing various reports for management which make it easy to make decisions regarding<\/p>\n\n\n\n
the current resources.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
– High standard of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention. Excellent follow-up skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
