About the Role<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Take charge of the Indonesia and Malaysia Markets in the SEA region. The role entails building
long term relationships with Distributors, Partners and Customers and building the InfraOn brand.
Create strategic go to market initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue.
Responsibilities
\uf0b7 Build, Manage and own Indonesia &amp; Malaysia business.
\uf0b7 Meet quarterly\/Annually booking commitment goals by setting strategies and through diligent
lead follow-up, mining the installed customer base and prospecting.
\uf0b7 Participate in the sales cycle as needed to collect requirements, formulate delivery approach,
and develop a proposal\/post-sale engagement plan.
\uf0b7 Establish relationships with partners and customers at all organization levels including senior
executives.
\uf0b7 Ensures partners are compliant to EverestIMS partners programs and other necessary
regulations while engaging with the organization.
\uf0b7 Demonstrate strong product knowledge and ability to articulate our value proposition; ability to
train sales managers to implement this within the sales teams.
\uf0b7 Define account and opportunity planning processes and develop new initiatives to improve
revenue and increase market potential and lead sales management in developing execution
strategy.
Basic Qualifications
\uf0b7 Should have worked in the mid-market accounts, managed direct sales and worked with
Channel Partners in the ASEAN Region
\uf0b7 Good understanding of and passion for software\/solution selling
\uf0b7 Experience in results-oriented environment with external customer interaction required.
\uf0b7 Demonstrate ability to manage the business by the numbers. Must be metrics-driven.
\uf0b7 Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express
thoughts logically and succinctly.
\uf0b7 Demonstrated active listening skills, highly consultative and solutions-oriented.
\uf0b7 Bachelor\u2019s degree required, MBA is preferred with 5-8 years of relevant work experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n
