\u00b7       Work with Account Managers to understand the executive needs of our clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       Source and Screen for multiple Qualified Candidates for each exclusively assigned position in the USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       Assist candidates through the interview process by providing additional information and following up with clients on the hiring process<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       Input Candidates into the internal tracking and database system<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       Meet or exceed monthly goal expectations for revenue and candidate submittals<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       Candidate must have strong communication skills and fluency in English speaking, listening, and writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00b7       Candidate must work on USA timings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The candidate must be proactive in searching new clients and opportunities and be a self starter in the field who can reach out to prospective clients and candidates with minimum or no guidance.
