The&nbsp;IT&nbsp;Manager&nbsp;will be responsible for acquiring new business opportunities and driving growth for the organization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Technology Infrastructure Management:<\/li><li>Ensure the availability, security, and integrity of all&nbsp;IT&nbsp;systems and data.<\/li><li>Collaborate with the video editor, web developer, and SEO specialist to ensure smooth operation and optimal performance of their respective areas.<\/li><li>Work closely with the SEO specialist to optimize websites for search engine rankings and implement effective digital marketing strategies.<\/li><li>Ensuring high-quality and engaging content that aligns with the organization&#8217;s goals and target audience.<\/li><li>Lead a cross functional team to achieve project requirements, deadlines and schedules<\/li><li>Excellent Understanding of the bidding portals like Upwork, PPH, Freelancer, Fiverr etc.<\/li><li>Ability to place bids, train &amp; manage bidding team and get as many responses (leads) as possible.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Business Development:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels, including Upwork and other freelancing platforms.<\/li><li>Create compelling proposals and bid on relevant projects to secure new clients and projects.<\/li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Team Management:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Manage a team of&nbsp;IT&nbsp;professionals, including the video editor, web developer, and SEO specialist etc.<\/li><li>Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.<\/li><li>Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively, ensuring the timely completion of projects.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Budgeting and Resource Management:<br>Develop and manage the&nbsp;IT&nbsp;budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources for both technology infrastructure and business development activities.<br>Monitor expenses related to video editing, web development, SEO, and business development, making recommendations for cost-saving measures.<br>Should be open to work in rotational shifts<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master&#8217;s degree preferred).<\/li><li>Proven experience in&nbsp;IT&nbsp;management roles, preferably with hands-on experience in video editing, web development, SEO, and business development.<\/li><li>Strong knowledge of&nbsp;IT&nbsp;infrastructure, systems, and security.<\/li><li>Proficiency in video editing software, web development languages, SEO techniques, and digital marketing strategies.<\/li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.<\/li><li>Strong project management and organizational skills.<\/li><li>Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.<\/li><li>Certification in relevant technologies and business development strategies is a plus.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>#travel #manager&nbsp;#hiring #mohali #teamhandling #jonopening #hiring<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;If Interested,kindly forward your updated CV on&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:hr5@tasolutions.in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hr5@tasolutions.in<\/a>&nbsp;&nbsp;or may call on 9023404909 .
