Roles & Responsibilities:
\u2022 Explain the company\u2019s policies and procedure to the customers.
\u2022 Attend calls and messages and redirect them to the respective departments when needed.
In case, if higher management is not able to receive their calls, keep a record of the
messages received.
\u2022 Welcome clients in a friendly manner.
\u2022 Answer all the customer\u2019s questions and address their complaints
\u2022 Answer all incoming calls, redirect them when needed.
\u2022 Maintain records & files.
\u2022 Ensure that the front desk is neat, presentable and equipped with all the necessary supplies
such as forms, Pen & other stationary.
Desired Candidate should have:
\u00a0High school diploma or relevant qualification.
\u2022 A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
\u2022 Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
\u2022 Superb written and verbal communication skills.
\u2022 Excellent organizational and multi \u2013 tasking abilities.
\u2022 Strong knowledge of MS Office programs<\/p>\n\n\n\n
