Job Description:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. \u2022 This position is responsible for the management and supervision of field specialists as well as all assigned individual specialist work. <\/li>
  2. As needed this position may be assigned as part of a larger project team with selected duties or support project execution from a supervision perspective. <\/li>
  3. This position will be responsible for the overall performance of the building systems specialists. <\/li>
  4. Work to be completed in both office and field locations.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Responsibilities include:
    \u2022 Supervises the activities and performance of building systems specialists.
    \u2022 Provides technical support, expertise, leadership and accountability for projects, in assigned geographic area or location.
    \u2022 Provides leadership with customer digital infrastructure initiatives and Smart Buildings.
    \u2022 Plans organize, directs and controls all startup, commissioning, testing, and other committed activities for assigned projects. Supervises employees to ensure schedules are maintained and projects proceed according to plans, job specifications and cost estimates.
    \u2022 Provides direct employee mentorship, and is responsible for employee development within their group. Promotes provides training for, and ensures implementation of division
    productivity tools.
    \u2022 Actively coordinates startup activity schedules with the Project Managers and Operations Managers to ensure correct staffing and correct abilities are provided to meet individual project schedules and commitments.
    \u2022 Participates in or facilitates representation for the Project Manager to Field Work Force Project Turnovers, and the Solutions to Service Project Turnovers.
    \u2022 Plans manpower, staffing requirements, tools, and other appropriate investments for effective and timely execution of assigned work. Provides monthly project estimates and assists in monthly forecasting. Ensures proper job management and cost control by reviewing project financial statements with Project Managers and Operations Managers.
    \u2022 Directs and supervises the development of project startup and commissioning plans and the use of those plans in the monitoring and control of progress in the execution of the work.
    \u2022 Reviews customer feedback and ensures high customer satisfaction.
    \u2022 Builds and maintains an effective operations organization committed to customer and employee satisfaction and profitable growth. Manages or advises on hiring, training and
    development, allocation and performance assessment of personnel within area of responsibility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Preferred Knowledge\/Skills, Education, and Experience
    \u2022 Experience with building systems programming, job start-up, checkout, and troubleshooting.
    \u2022 Knowledge of HVAC, Chillers, Boilers, Heat Exchangers and other mechanical equipment.
    \u2022 Knowledge of low and medium voltage electrical systems
    \u2022 Knowledge of networking protocols both industrial and commercial.
    \u2022 Knowledge or programming techniques in an industrial setting<\/p>\n\n\n\n
