Broad outline of work to be handled and executed in conjunction
with the production manager
\u2022 Supervise and coordinate activities for production team
\u2022 Ensure execution of production as per schedule
\u2022 Vendor coordination for invoices for all supplies
\u2022 Purchase bill entry into tally for online stock keeping
\u2022 Indenting \/po preparation as per requirement
\u2022 Maintaining online stock using tally ERP 9 with 100% accuracy
\u2022 GIIR checking making inspection of all material
\u2022 PO follow up with vendors
\u2022 Vendor payment intimation
\u2022 Negotiating vendor credit terms with new vendor
\u2022 Lining up of all material received and bills
\u2022 Issue slips making and material issues to shop floor as per BOM.
\u2022 Physical stocking annual and as per demand \u2013 min twice a year
\u2022 Maintenance of stores material in 100% systematic manner with
location code and organization of the stores for immediate and
fast dispensing of material and enabling 3rd party audit \u2013 by
company CA and bankers CA
\u2022 Preparation of Material and GST Invoice and Packing list for
domestic dispatches
\u2022 GST Ledger Maintenance credit taken on inward material –
GSTR6
\u2022 Coordinating dispatch Plans, Receipt of Materials and documents
\u2022 Endorsing Transporter Bills and Co-ordination with finance for<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Payment of Transporters
\u2022 Delivering material of good quality with proper coordination &
proper documents.
\u2022 Daily monitoring on spares, which issued by store to the shopfloor
and consumption of the spares.
\u2022 Scheduling and planning of raw material on
Monthly\/Weekly\/Daily Basis.
\u2022 Maintaining FIFO for issuing material.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 Check the minimum & maximum stock level of each item & follow-
up if required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
