JOB DESCRIPTION
<\/strong>\uf0b7 Managing a team of architects, designers, engineers, and other professionals
\uf0b7 Assisting team membership with project objectives,
\uf0b7 Reviewing proposals and providing feedback on designs
\uf0b7 Communicating with clients to determine project requirements and
develop designs that meet those requirements
\uf0b7 Preparing bids for projects to ensure they are within budget constraints
\uf0b7 Meeting with clients to discuss design details and answer questions about the design process
\uf0b7 Responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the team of Architect and engineers( improving conversion ratio Lead to PO)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Responsibilities
<\/strong>\uf0b7 Coordinate and oversee all technical activities relating to the projects, including directing
the design team, reviewing drafts and computer models, and approving design changes.
\uf0b7 Communicate directly with marketing personnel and clients to discuss and design projects
\uf0b7 Present design proposals and bids to clients according to prescribed deadlines, and
explain relevant details, reports, expense line items, and goals in clear and persuasive language.
\uf0b7 Provide consultations and spearhead negotiations with potential clients during the project development and bidding phases.
\uf0b7 Innovate and develop new standards, policies, and procedures for
architectural\/acoustical designs as necessary to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Skills &amp; Qualifications
Required:
\uf0b7 Master\u2019s degree in architectural engineering or related discipline, plus minimum 15 years
experience, including AutoCAD drafting
\uf0b7 Excellent written and oral communication skills along with presentation techniques
\uf0b7 Ability to effectively lead and inspire a team
\uf0b7 Strict adherence to deadlines<\/p>\n\n\n\n
