Designtion \u2013 Sr.Account Manager
Location \u2013 Jaipur
Salary: Hike on Current CTC
Experience : 3-5 yrs 
Qualification : Must have an Accounting degree<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(candidates must have Experience in alcohol \/liquor Company)
Job Responsibilities:-
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Prepares state quarterly and annual statements by assembling data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 and ledger maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Reconcile balance sheet accounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Delegate financial responsibilities to accounting team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting audits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Conduct regular ledger maintenance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Experience with computerized ledger systems<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Strong problem solving and analytical skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Familiarity with SAP 6.0 a plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Complies with state and federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations;adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Calculating quarterly estimated tax payments; assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Monitoring day to day accounting of the Units and ensuring timely posting of bills and vouchers, as per established policies and procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Ensuring reconciliation of Bank Accounts of the Units on monthly basis and that of<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 parties on periodic basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Supervising posting of entries pertaining to inventory receipt and issue , as verified from stores<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Coordinate with HO for preparation of data:—<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Handling timely computation and finalization of GST Liability and taking adequate steps for its timely deposition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Taking adequate measures for timely filling of TDS\/TCS, VAT and GST returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Tax reporting and inventory processing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Preparing costing sheet & currying cost analysis working for unit wise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 department.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Preparation of MIS Reports, Profit & Loss, Trail Balance and Balance Sheets<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 monthly & annual basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
