Qualification:-  BE\/B.Tech ( Mechanical, Elect, Instrumentation, Electronics, Industrial, Automobile streams only ), MBA will be an added advantage<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Should be able to handle pressure, bigger challenges, go-getter, result-driven techno-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 commercial professional<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Should have engaging personality, should be tracking enthusiast; catching every fine<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 nuisances, out of the box thinking, readiness for removing comfort & cushions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Should be conversant in understanding, analyzing & providing necessary solutions for the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 large\/medium size projects, preferably from material handling or conveyor system sales<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 history<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Should have proven track record of achieving 20-30 % organic growth year after year in<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 the assigned territory and addition of maximum number of new customers<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Must have thorough understanding of local market, creating road map, establishing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 segment & industry matrix, Vendor registration, OEMs & EPCs. Knowledge of Automobile,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Auto Component & Ancillaries companies will be preferred.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Should be proficient in building networks, creating long lasting relationships, value<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 addition calls, dealing with senior stake holders & identifying new prospects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Should be an influencer with a knack about application based selling, basic design &<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 drawing knowledge<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Should possess excellent presentation skills to engage customers, robust market intel,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 competition evaluation, new techno-advancement<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Should be ready for extensive travelling , minimum 20 days<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Should be a master in negotiation skills to handle both primary level & secondary level<\/p>\n\n\n\n

customers across the industries<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Should be a process follower, proactive in reporting discipline, projection & closing the<\/p>\n\n\n\n
