Responsibilities <\/strong>    

   
Customer Service Front   <\/strong>     :
Managing the purchase orders, supply chain &amp; payment for customers, co-ordination
between sales team , HO &amp; customer for new sales enquiry, build sustainable &amp; trust
worthy relationship with the customers, keep a track on the customer interactions. Monitor
the company stock , sales targets Vs actual sales on weekly basis. Compile monthly
purchase data, Keep a track on import &amp; export documents, import &amp; export shipments
status &amp; co-ordinating between the importer &amp; the clearing agent for smooth customs
clearance.
Update each of the above activities to the CEO of the company.
On HR Front     <\/strong>          :
Work in co-ordination with Directors, Plan the timely training of new &amp; old employees,
Promote a positive and open work environment in the organisation,  
Skills    <\/strong>                         :
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative,
Strong telephone handling skills and active listening, should have good communication skills in both English &amp; Hindi Language
candidates should have working experience in MS Excel &amp; MS Word.  
Should have multi-tasking capability, manage time effectively<\/p>\n\n\n\n
