Core Responsibilities<\/strong>:

\uf0b7 Engage with customers through a highly consultative, relation building approach that reflects a deep
understanding of the organisational needs
\uf0b7 Understand, articulate and effectively sell compelling business case and value propositions to target
clients
\uf0b7 Responsible for driving key strategic initiatives, critical business decision making, deal analysis and
setting the overall growth trajectory of the organisation
\uf0b7 Responsible for hiring, creating sales KPIs, managing and mentoring other business development
associates
\uf0b7 Develop, maintain and train an expert level knowledge of all company products and services
\uf0b7 Establish\/maintain strong industry presence and reputation through participation in industry conferences,
speaking engagements and effective use of social media
\uf0b7 Provide full visibility to the management about sales pipeline at frequent level, towards developing
business segments
\uf0b7 End to End Resource Fulfilment Process and Resource Management
\uf0b7 Enabling &amp; setting up processes to ensure speedy proposals, follow ups, closures &amp; sign ups and Ensure
profitability for every deal signed
\uf0b7 Preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFP's)
\uf0b7 Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management
Managing day to day activities of the Business development managers and BD Executives
\uf0b7 Assist in the development of the sales plan. Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders,
and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and
strategic planning
\uf0b7 Lead and manage the sales teams for all verticals
\uf0b7 Manage effective tender application, with complete oversight of key areas such as RFP creation
\uf0b7 Maintain a high level of confidentiality throughout: on current business activities short-long term plans,
proposals under scrutiny, and any other activity related to the business
\uf0b7 Representing the organization at trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations, and other related activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Excellency in Sales & Marketing, Forecasting, Budgeting, Planning, Managing Processes, People Management, Data Management Skills, Dependability, Reporting Skills,Analyzing Information, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented
\uf0b7 Experience in targeting new markets\/segments and developing unique offerings that are clearly distinguished
from the competition.
\uf0b7 A strong client relationship orientation and listening skills that contribute to the development of lasting, trust
based client relationships.
\uf0b7 Access to an extensive network of the senior leaders in the industry.
\uf0b7 Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including exceptional executive presence
and the ability to create concise,compelling written communication.
\uf0b7 Organised, assertive and self directed and able to rapidly prioritize and pivot as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ability to work under stress, interruptions and tight deadlines.
\uf0b7 Ability to understand financial reports including budgetary guidelines,deal analysis and project expenditures.
\uf0b7 A strong team player,adept at collaborating with colleagues  across business functions\/units and building alignment around a clear vision
\uf0b7 Ability to travel extensively at short notice.
\uf0b7 Excellent presentation and communication skills
\uf0b7 Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them<\/p>\n\n\n\n
