<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsibilities :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Responsible for sales and business development in the field of food processing and food<\/p>\n\n\n\n

technology associated to horticulture, agriculture and floriculture industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Following up on new business opportunities and setting up meetings, negotiating, and closing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

business relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products\/services to increase customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Planning, preparing and conducting presentations whenever required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Explain and negotiate commercial, technical terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Draft, share and close sales quotations and orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Maintain consistent contact with existing clients and get referrals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Effective and on time management of sales pipeline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Analyse market and establish competitive advantages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Skills  :-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 3 – 5 years of experience in Business Development ideally in food processing and food technology<\/p>\n\n\n\n

industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Postgraduate in relevant industry preferably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Experience in handling projects related to horticulture, agriculture is mandatory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Experience in handling projects under floriculture is an added advantage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Contacts with farmer producer organisations, associations, government agriculture and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

horticulture contacts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Experience in handling large scale projects & turnkey solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Experience in post-harvest processing and turnkey solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Language skills: English and Hindi (Must be fluent orally and verbally).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Great eye for detail with an exceptional mathematical skill<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Should be Strong, confident and presentable during sales activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Should be very clear and fluent in sales calls\/presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Experience and understating of full sales cycle including deal closing and adding<\/p>\n\n\n\n

referral sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Experience in cross selling and up-selling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u27a2 Strong negotiation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
