Experience \u2013 3-6  years of experience in Business Development ideally in Retail sales

Salary \u2013 4 to 6 L.P.A

Responsibilities :-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Responsible for retail sales and B2B sales – Following up on new business opportunities and setting<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 up meetings, negotiating, and closing business relationships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products\/services to increase customer satisfaction<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Draft, share and close sales quotations and orders<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Explain and negotiate commercial, technical terms and conditions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Conduct\u2019s regular and systematic customer visits according to work plan and customer coverage<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Finding and representing the company at trade shows, on committees, and related industry<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 conferences to build the network<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the Indian distribution landscape. Develop geography<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 and channel specific strategies towards achieving the growth objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Work very closely with Distributors, business owners to meet sales targets month wise,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 geography\/salesperson wise, brand and pack wise as relevant in line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Planning, preparing and conducting presentations whenever required<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Maintain consistent contact with existing clients and get referrals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Effective and on time management of sales pipeline<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Skills  :-<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 3+ years of experience in Business Development ideally in Retail sales (packed food items) and B2B<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 sales (Food Industry).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 MBA \/ Postgraduate degree in relevant industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Language skills; English and Hindi (Must be fluent orally and verbally)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Must be detail oriented with an excellent math skill<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Must be strong, confident and presentable during sales activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Should be very clear and fluent in sales calls\/presentations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Experience in cross selling and up-selling<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Strong negotiation skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2212 Excellent communication and presentation skills
