Location:\u00a0Bangalore<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gender: Male<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience: 8 to 10 years<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Salary: 9-10 L.P.A<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qualification: B.E mechanical or Equivalent<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Work Days \/Work Hours : 6 days ( 8:30am – 5:30pm)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Travel Required :- Yes (minimum 15-20 days in a month all over India)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Roles & Responsibility \u2013
1. To Lead a team of 04 Engineers\/Asst Managers\/Team Leads. \/ KRAS <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Capable to demonstrate and convince customers for buying capital equipments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience of conceptual based sales not the catalogue sales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsible for achieving the sales\/billing targets set by the organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Responsible for products\/spares sales of Turn key projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Responsible for recruitment & training of sub-ordinates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Establish & maintain sales process & ensure the achievement of desired output.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 Maintain Good and healthy relationship between customers\/stake holders & coleagues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

KRAS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.Plan V\/s Achieved — Sales\/Billing for the month\/year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.No.of New customers aquisition — for every Quarter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. To collect payments on time. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

4 Strike rate of enquiry v\/s quotation.& Quotation v\/s Orders. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Skills Required :<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good communication, negotiation skills, Team managing <\/p>\n\n\n\n

skills (Atleast a size of 4 people), Good presentation skills. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical sales skills, capital equipment closure skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n
