JD:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Job Description
\uf0b7 Front end all Clients based appointments on Practo, Direct calls,
Direct walk in\u2019s,
Referral Walk ins.
\uf0b7 Maintain records of all New \/ Treatment patients on the CRM
\uf0b7 Keep track of all booked appointments for consultation and
treatments on daily basis
\uf0b7 Follow up, cancel &amp; reschedule appointments\/treatments based on
doctors\u2019 \/ patients
availability.
\uf0b7 Update Practo on daily basis \u2013 Confirm walk in\/ Cancel patient no
show &amp; raise
dispute for irrelevant calls
\uf0b7 Follow up on patients due for consultation (within 10 days)
\uf0b7 Maintain and update treatment files Pre\/post treatment.
\uf0b7 Keep track of billing and retrieve pending amounts as agreed upon
before initiating
treatment.
\uf0b7 Upselling and cross selling of other treatments.
\uf0b7 Maintaining good rapport with patients at all times.
\uf0b7 Generating referral walk in from existing patients.
\uf0b7 Maintaining high standards and ensuring a decent customer satisfaction score.
\uf0b7 Assist in other departments as and when required
\uf0b7 Responsible for upkeep of the front office and patients waiting area
\uf0b7 Handle and divert all escalations to the right departments.
\uf0b7 As a mandate, for 4 days every month you shall be working out of
other centres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Demonstrated experience in achieving metrics on a daily, weekly, and
monthly basis.
\uf0b7 Strong computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and
Excel, basic
CRM system understanding.
\uf0b7 Ability to work well under pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
