Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\uf0b7 Finance – controls on funds, costs &amp; utilization
\uf0b7 Provide necessary support to team member for accounting data entry and corresponding documentation
\uf0b7 Providing necessary support to team members to ensure the monthly closing of accounts is done in all respect.
\uf0b7 Ensuring that the team members provide timely data for compliance and ensure the timely and correct compliances
are done for all companies.
\uf0b7 Checklist &amp; SOP for timely &amp; correct accounting of all units
\uf0b7 Design the MIS system for all companies and verification of completeness and correctness of MIS.
\uf0b7 Ensuring that all legal compliances are completed fully and within time by coordinating with tax teams.
\uf0b7 Responsible for yearly closing of accounts and completion of audit
\uf0b7 Responsible for creating Budgets for each department and monitoring of the same.
\uf0b7 Implement Budgetary controls for all companies.
\uf0b7 Preparing weekly cashflow and following cashflow regulations.
\uf0b7 Handling banking activity of all companies to ensure the best finance options are made available to all companies.
\uf0b7 Responsible to ensure the funding availibity as per the needs of the company.
\uf0b7 Responsible for quarterly reporting to the management on the performance of the company.
\uf0b7 Establishing credit control policy in the organization.
\uf0b7 Business analysis &amp; new opportunity analysis
\uf0b7 Ensuring implementation of credit control policy with the help of corresponding department.
\uf0b7 Responsible for preparing costing systems for all companies, Spl manufacturing company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Education and\/or Work Experience Requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Education Skills: –
\uf0b7 MCOM and CA Articleship done or
\uf0b7 MCOM and MBA (Finance)
\uf0b7 Qualified CA or CMA will be preferred<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Experience: –
\uf0b7 Experience as finance manager or similar designation of 10-15 years.
\uf0b7 Experience of Heading team in finance department
\uf0b7 Experience in credit control and costing will be preferred.
\uf0b7 Experience in Manufacturing or Distribution industry is must.
Other Skills: –
\uf0b7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and
external customers
\uf0b7 Business Analytic skills required to ensure understanding of business.
\uf0b7 Excellent skills in accounting in tally with inventory accounting and cost center accounting.
\uf0b7 Working skills in accounting in other ERP systems
\uf0b7 Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office \u2013 Word, Excel and Outlook)
\uf0b7 Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing
exemplary customer service
\uf0b7 Ability to lead team and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given,
prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
\uf0b7 Ethical behavior in dealing with all stakeholders is must.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
