Job Responsibilities

Overseas freight forwarding experience by air and sea, specifically more in imports, Good communication skills etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Detect the political pulse of different demographic, geographic and legislative entities through a series of rigorous primary or secondary research initiatives<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Liaise with political stakeholders including party leadership, post holders and workers to provide support, execute central campaigns and develop networks on ground<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Plan, conceptualize, strategize and execute high impact end-to-end on-ground campaigns;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Draft detailed work plans to handhold implementation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Coordinate with various internal teams of Strelema including digital media, data analytics, strategic research and operations to achieve campaign aims<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Timely planning, execution and monitoring of assigned projects for defined regions, travelling to the ground and executing the fieldwork<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf People, Assets and Collateral management for assigned projects for defined regions<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Publishing Reports, Alerts, Dashboard as per project<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Bachelors \/ Masters or equivalent degree from premier institutes mostly preferred MBA graduates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf 1 \u2013 2 years of work experience in top organizations<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Excellent verbal and written communications skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Proficiency in the use of MS Office tools for the creation of presentations, plans and monitoring reports<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Skills<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Have good interpersonal skills and exposure in dealing with various kinds of stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to translate raw information into actionable strategies and initiatives for key stakeholders<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and be a good team-player<\/p>\n\n\n\n
