Job Responsibility (Mixing Head)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Chemical weighing<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Mixing trolley load<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Mixing (kneader machine)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Stock adequate masterbatches to enable on time delivery of batches to the production<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Team<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Milling ( new compound, cuttings)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Ensure cuttings belongs to same compound<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Cooling at the designated places<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Rolling and stocking in the designated bins\/areas<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9. Submit slab in the lab for testing (at least 24 hrs before the schedule delivery to<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Production team)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Update notice board<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Bin card (ensure error free naming on the bin)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

12. Bin slip (ensure error free naming on the bin and tested stamp)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13. Bin movement (follow fifo)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

14. Raw material storage\/inventory management<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15. Stock raw material in audit readiness mode (follow fifo)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

16. Coordinate with management for ontime raw material purchase<\/p>\n\n\n\n
